I really need help!!

I really hope I can get some answers with this. AF is here I think she's really really light. Usually my normal period I would have several blood scenes especially in the morning. Now there's nothing there and it's off and on. I've been reading stories on how girls have had heavy implantation bleeding. I don't want to put my all into it because I will be destroyed if I'm not pregnant. I'm going to make a doctors appointment. But can anyone tell me anything until then??
