FTM and this was definitely a first. I was woken up at about 10 last night by really painful stomach cramps. They went all the way around to my back and my belly got really hard toward the top above my belly button. They would last a few seconds, maybe a minute, then subside and start again after a while. This lasted about an hour. The pain made me feel nauseous. Tried drinking water and using the bathroom. This morning my stomach and back are super sore and tender. Anyone else experience this? Im 23+4. Maybe some bad turkey? ugh I don't wanna move.
