what does this mean?? Is this good or bad?
I've been stuck on 110 pounds (keep in mind that I'm 4'11, so I'm not underweight) since the past 2 months (and wasn't working out, eating junk) my weight has remained the same and isn't increasing or decreasing... .
What does this mean? have I not changed my lifestyle enough or is my metabolism just super low/high.
