I put a tampon in for the first time and I can’t get it out :/ what should I do.?

Can you still see the string? If so that’s a good sign obviously. Hold the string, run warm water in the tub just enough to reach your your vag, relax your muscles, slightly lay back and gently pull, it shouldn’t hurt.

try to relax. maybe get a bit of lube, and just gently tug. seriously. it will come out I promise haha

Ya, you need to relax your muscles. If the string isn't there, you can go searching, or you have to push it out baby style 😬. Either way, you'll be ok.
