Stomach ache pain upper abdomen?

So I’m 6 weeks and my first appt isn’t until Dec. 7th, last night I couldn’t sleep, I was tossing and turning with upper abdomen pain. It’s not severe just hurts like a stomach ache. Sometimes if I release gas I feel better, but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Is it normal? Is there anything to do about it?

I feel the terrible bloating/has pain when I eat too much.. Thanksgiving week has not been kind! I’m ready to get back to 6 small meals a day rather than 2 huge.

Same here, I have been to the dr already.. my gas and constipation make my stomach hurt and I always think something is wrong but it’s only gas lol

I have this all the time plus I get diarrhea often and I’m so nauseous I can’t stand it. I lost 4 lbs but I’m overweight so I’m not too worried. If this doesn’t go away soon I’m def going to call my doc.
