Cramps?
On my way to hubby's family Thanksgiving and my lower tummy hurts, like I have to pee. But I really don't. Then my vagina keeps tighting like I'm going to start my period.. I guess. I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first and I'm just worried because I have yet to feel this symptom. Any advice I would appreciate. My friend just had a miscarriage and now I'm just worried about every little thing. :(
