when do I take my next dose of provera???

I just completed my first cycle of letrozole and not even sure if I actually had a positive opk or a false positive because of having pcos! should i wait to see if I start my period naturally or just take the provera to stay on track??

Provera will hurt a baby because it’s synthetic.  You could ask for Prometrium and that will do the same thing but is safe for a baby.  If your going to do provera I would do a blood test first to make sure your not pregnant. Also just a note, I have had a false positive on every OpK test every month of clomid and Femara and I too have PCOS.  My RE basically said throw them away they won’t work for you.

My dr had me start CD15. Provera won’t hurt your baby if you conceived. You naturally produce and need progesterone to keep a pregnancy going so you should take it mid cycle so u get your period on time if not pregnant

same boat! My doc wants me to take provera 14days on/14 off. I just did my first round of provera oct26th-nov8th and clomid cd3-7 nov8th-12th. I didnt get a positive opk until today cd 21 but i started provera again 2 days ago. Im not sure why provera would be needed if i really did ovulate but Im calling my dr tmrw to see. Im kind of thinking the opk could be a false positive or im reading it wrong idk
