They seem to fluctuate hurt more at night sometimes, now this evening nothing at all

Yes mine come and go mine hurt the most in the mornings then through the day they don’t hurt or sometimes they hurt during the day but not in the morning, it’s weird they come and go. Same with my nausea some days I have it some days I go days without it.

Same. Until 5.5 weeks I had swollen and sore boobs but it went away completely for two days... today at 6w they are tender again but not swollen. I guess they have to take a break every so often so they don’t pop 😂
