O but no temp rise???

Hi all - Since starting to chart, I’ve noticed that my ovulation signs are like clockwork - either watery or EWCM 2 days before O, then sore boobs and a bbt temp rise the day after O. This cycle, I had watery CM on Monday, then sore boobs on Wednesday, so I would assume I O’d on Tuesday or Wednesday. but now it’s Friday and my temp still hasn’t risen. (See chart attached) Also, I got watery CM again yesterday (Thursday). My boobs are still sore. Is it possible I just haven’t O’d yet? This has never happened before!
