Lose weight without slipping into anorexia again!
As the title says, how do I lose weight without taking it to the extreme? about 2 years ago I was 106lbs, I'm 5 ft 6 so that was very underweight, since then I've had a baby and gained so much weight... I want to lose it but I'm scared I'll slip back into my old ways again! I know how to lose weight but i just can't get it out of my mind that I need to limit myself to 800 calories a day because I want results faster, I hate being fat, I want it all gone but I don't know how to do it healthily
