Elevated BBT or fever?

I’ve been tracking my BBT for 3 months now. These are my charts. Last month I had cold/sinus congestion after my fertile window and again this month after my fertile window. Does this months chart look promising or like I have had a fever the whole time? (No fever related aches or chills at all)
