BBT tracking
Can environmental temperatures make your bbt fluctuate?? When I was tracking last cycle I found the two nights we had the fan on my bbt dropped but then rose again on nights without the fan. I’m just wonder because this cycle we will probably use the fan again and I want to know if the temps I’m tracking are accurate haha. Thank you in advance!!!
