What kind?

I am 2 weeks away from my due date and honestly my hospital bag is not packed. I know I need to have pads for the bleeding that occurs afterwards. However the last time I used pads was 10 years ago. What kind should I get? What else should I pack in my bag?? Please help I am a FTM.

your hospital should supply some but the always discreet are great or always foam flex fit

I used the overnight always pads.! They are longer with the wings for more security.!

It all depends but I over packed, I nearly didn’t bring enough pads but this is from memory what I ended up NEEDING!
- pads
- hair tie
- makeup removal wipes
- tooth brush / tooth paste 
- flannel ( I got my sister to wet it and apply it to my head it cooled me down when I was in pain)
- socks ( with grip)
- slippers
-moisturiser
-spare underwear ( bring 2/3) 
- dressing gown
-hair brush
- phone charger
- entertainment ( optional )
- documents for the baby ( midwife notes )
-nursing bra ( optional)

The hospital will give you pads. But you’ll need some when you get home

Hair ties
Toiletries/makeup
Slippers or flip flops
Nursing bras if you plan on breast feeding
Baby's coming home outfit and any other baby items you want to bring (pacifier, blankets, etc)
