Vitex/fertility blend reviews for irregular cycles??
I have been off of BC for a year now and having irregular periods: cycles range from 29-45 days so far. Any luck with more natural remedies like vitex?? I have not been diagnosed with anything (just went to gyno a few weeks ago)
