My period is 2 days late and now I have this discharge what is this?? I tested the day before yesterday but it was negative

Update : its been a few hours and until now nothing no discharge or anything but when I went to the bathroom and wiped some bright pinkish orangish discharge was on the toilet paper? Could that be my period? The only problem is there's no spotting on my underwear only that pinkish orangish stuff when I just wiped
