PERIOD HEAVY UGHHH
Hiya ugh yes it’s that time of month again I’m on my period ugh it’s especially a problem because I ride horses and I find this very difficult when on my period as it is very heavy and tips and trick on how to handle it and make it lighter 🤦🏼♀️☺️
