Temperature question?

How does the charting work for your temperature? Do you take it at the same time every day ? I have never done this before. Any help would be really helpful. Thanks so much.

It helps track ovulation. Normally it will dip on the day of ovulation and then go back up from there and then if you haven't conceived it will start to go down right before AF. Take it at or as close to the same time every day before even getting out of bed. If you have a table next to your bed keep your thermometer there for easy reach.
