So a few days ago it burned when I peed and it was beyond uncomfortable. It lasted for like 2 days on and off. But I've had nausea and a persistent backache and bloating since. I was wondering if anyone had a kidney infection that presented symptoms like this! I have a history of UTIs. I don't think I have one but the back pain and fatigue and nausea is really getting to me so I'm worried it might be my kidneys... I don't want to overreact and see a doctor though if it's nothing! Please help
