Lean weight for an average structure size at 5'9" would be 145lb. If you have a small frame you can subtract 10% from that, which would put it at 130.5lb.  Depending on your age you could still be filling out and weigh less than this, but should continue to see increases until around 130 at least.

I was 114 at 5’7” before I got pregnant and I was extremely thin....I have a very overactive metabolism and I have to put in a lot of effort to gain weight when I’m not pregnant. Don’t focus on the number, just make sure you’re healthy!

I’m 5”10 and I weigh 130 I don’t look bad but I want to be about 120-125
