Anyone get incredibly sore breasts before AF? This is a new symptom for me just the last 3 months. Hoping not just me LOL. Must be some weird hormonal changes happening in my body because everything around there hurts, even my bra! Another weird question but do anyone's areolas change colour near their period? I'm 2-3 days from my period and am super pale, but mine have changed to a reddish hue. Wondering if this is a normal PMS symptom or a PCOS thing with off-hormone levels?
