Question about prenatals??

I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant and I had been taking prenatals for about 5 months then stopped taking them for about a month till now. Should I only take one a day or more than one!??? I have 2 different kinds and one says one a day and the other days 4 a day? So I'm not sure what I should do till I see my doctor!!

Take them as directed. Never take more than what it says because even though prenatal vitamins are a good things, it's not so good if you take too much! I take one a day women's prenatal once a day. You'll need atleast 600 mg of folic acid for your baby to prevent neural tube defects. Congrats :)

I would say take them as directed but only take one kind. Either the once a day or the four times a day

My doctor gave me prenatal to help me conceive I never heard that before but I'm taking it hopefully it works I need advice I'm trying for my first kid with my fiancé but we been trying no luck yet what too do
