Is the name Brody James a bad choice?

I love the name Brody and love Brody James but we noticed the first two initials would be BJ.  Our last name starts with an R.  My argument is no one calls anyone by the first and second initial.  Do you think James is a bad choice?

Nope! That’s our name! Haha if we have a boy we’re naming him Broderick (Brody) James.

My initials we MAD before I got married and I got teased in school, but no more than kids who had RAW or JAZ. Kids will always find something to tease other kids about. My sister had a classmate who was BJJ, and his parents embraced it and he went by BJ. I honestly don’t even remember his name because everybody called him BJ.

Is the name Brody James a bad choice?
