Nexplanon weight gain can anyone relate?

So I had been on BC from the time I was 15 until this year, I had no problems with the mirena but when time came for it to be removed I replaced with nexplanon instead...biggest mistake of my life! I am 5ft and weight 115-120 in a matter of months shot up to 160! Even with diet and exercise I couldn't lose weight and doctors brushed it off like no big deal and it couldn't possibly have been from the implant, until the last doctor who said t most def was because your body processes the mirena and nexplanon differently and my body was reacting g badly! It has now been about five months since I've had it out and I lost almost 20lbs in 140 now but that happened in the first few months and since then I literally haven't lost 1lb it's sooo frustrating! I'm so torn between ttc and losing weight, have tried the last few months to concieve but nothing so now I am focusing on the weight bit I have no idea what to do! Would like to be healthy weight before I get pregnant so I can stay fit during and after!
