breastfeeding is so hard

my baby is almost a month old and is EBF. and I am so happy about that BUT so exhausted. she is on the boob almost non stop every 30 to 40 min or so. It's like she stays hungry. I know she is getting plenty cause I can hear her drink, she burps and is satisfied until time to eat again. sometimes I actually think she is getting to much cause she spits up some milk. I am bad with the pump I can't get as much as i want out of it around 1-1.5 oz when I pump mornings, so I can't do bottle. so I can't leave her to go anywhere cause she has to have my boob and I don't want to take her in public during cold and flu season just yet. . I would feel so guilty if I stopped breastfeeding. does anyone have any advise
