Passed this this morning. Lots of blood and horrible cramping yesterday. I was about 5weeks I believe.

Clots, normally does indicate miscarriage. Sorry ☹️

I passed a clot at 5 weeks but I didn't have miscarriage but I did have miscarriage at 13 weeks after being in bad car accident. Other than that everything was going great. I even had spotting twice. If you are RH negative might want get checked out.
