7 weeks tomorrow anyone else having bad lower back pain?

Lower back and sciatic nerve pain 👋 since I’ve already had three viable pregnancies, my hips are already shifting and I’ve had ligament pain in my groin 😬

I’m in the same spot! Started with very low back/pelvic/tailbone pain that seems to be worse if I exert myself and by night time. I’m assuming it’s normal cuz things are moving? It’s not like a cramping muscular pain it literally feels like my bones are relocating
