Baby after first one born with down syndrome

Hi I am twenty two and i have an amazing little two year old with down syndrome he is the best thing thats ever happens in my life now me and my significant other would like to start trying to have our second baby so they're around the same age I am super nervous because the first experience as being a mother I've ever had was with my son whose had tons of medical issues and fed through a tube I don't really know how to take care of a typical child is there any other moms on here with a child with down syndrome and trying to conceive a second child ????
