After orgasm - severe cramps, light headedness, profuse sweating

Wondering if anyone else has experienced extreme cramps, light headedness, and heavy sweating after sex/an orgasm? I am 7 weeks and have been nervous to have sex since finding out, after having sex (and orgasm) this afternoon, soon after heavy cramping set in, as well as nausea, light headedness, and extremely heavy sweating. It went away after 20 minutes or so and I feel fine now. But, the spell was very intense. Should I be worried about MC?
