Ugh!! I don’t freakin know

So I haven’t been feeling great the past couple of days so I decided wth and took a test. At 10 mins I THINK I saw a vvvvvvvvvvfl. I walked away and about 30 mins later came back to this. I’m going to retest but until then please help... trust this or not? Don’t want to get my hopes up!
