Please some advice 😔

So currently 7or 8 dpo, depending on the site I use. My cervix is nowhere to be found and sorry tmi cm is a creamy colour but watery as well, big time! Had a temperature spike this morning. What do you guys think? I know it’s early and hoping the temperature will stay up 😐
