Test results when testing 8-11 DPO

I know that everyone says that it is best to do a pregnancy test when you've actually missed your period, but I'm not sure I can wait that long, despite knowing that it's likely to tell me it's negative. 
I'm some where between 8-11 DPO (no idea when I ovulated. I'm going by my glow guide). 
For those of you that couldn't wait to pee I a stick and tested 8-11 DPO, what result did you get and how many DPO were you?
