when to go to ER for chest pain?

Okay so about an hour ago (?) I started getting this pain in my chest on the left side. I'm 18 and I've been diagnosed with tachycardia, as my resting heart rate is ALWAYS 90-120. I'm pretty sure this is related, but I'm not sure when or if I should go to the emergency room for this? I'm not short of breath or lightheaded. I have a slight headache but that's normal for me. Any opinions? I'm pretty scared tbh, I dont know what to do...

i would go just to be safe. i get chest pains a lot and finally was told its because i wasnt drinking enough so there was friction between my lungs and my ribcage.

I've always heard that your supposed to go in for chest pains. 
You've already be diagnosed with that thing that I'm not going to even attempt to spell....
Whatever you do, be sure to make an appointment with your doctor and ask him or her questions like this. That way you'll know for sure.

It never hurts to go to the hospital because sometimes the symptoms can worsen in just minutes and then it can be too late. So go just to be safe

Go to the er. It might be nothing but with chests pain it is never a good idea to risk it,   Especially if you are having trouble breathing.

it hurts to breath out and it seems to hurt slightly less when I'm laying down
