I'm so sick and tired of this.

Sigh.

I worked as a CNA of the past 2 years at a government funded nursing home, between there I was raped. I reported and went through court trials on top of trials. It was all living hell. I got accpeted into college last year and got accepted into nursing school for RN in August. I am currently in nursing school!

I have about $20 k saved up for school.

This is all money I have saved up myself and earned.

My best friend on the other hand does not need to work at all and gets everything free. Her grandma pays her rent, her mom bought her a car, and she gets her food and everything paid for, even her nails and hair. If she wants something shopping, her mom gets it for her. She did not get accepted into college, so she is working at a daycare and plans on doing that forever.

I pay for rent, nursing school, all of my food, and use the public transport bus.

My friend knows this all and that I do not have much money and will not stop letting me know how wonderful it is to get everything paid for, how rich her grandma is, and how she got this or that and her mom paid for it.

For example, I told her I'm getting a car next month and she responded with, "My mom is buying me a car next month."

I just find it quite rude. Her parents are both police officers.

Why keep on telling your friend how you work for absolutely nothing while she works for all of it? Do I just ignore it or let her know how it makes me feel?
