itching and pain

gross I know but I had gotten nexpoion taken out a month ago this is my first month on the pill. well it's day seven of my period and i have a stream anal itching and pain also very irritated in the vaginal areas which is red in places because of it. I'm tired of unable to have sex and feeling of needing to itch 24/7.
