What do y’all think?

I have pcos and so irregular super long cycles are “normal” for me. However I did take Clomid in august and got a normal period in September after not conceiving on our first round.

I didn’t do a second round due to finding out I need to get half my thyroid removed.

Well long story short the surgery is on 12-4 but I’ve been feeling odd. On and off nausea for a week or so and on cd57 I got this I know it’s not positive for ovulation but it’s darker than a normal negative. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I took all my hcg tests and can’t go to the store until tomorrow. Any thoughts?
