Cramping after ovulation

Hi ladies,

I’ve been cramping on and off for the last 4 days now since Thursday 23rd and AF isn’t due until wed-Fri this week. I’ve read that this could be implantation or normal for pregnancy but I have had no blood. Any others expierenced this? Haven’t done any testing yet as it could be to early.
