Need help! SAHM

Hi mommas! I had my kiddies back to back (May 2016 and May 2017) so you can basically say I was pregnant for 2 year... I'v lost 22 pounds already but I need to lose 22 more AND I am standing still! I changed my protion size and sometimes do workouts, I run around with my eldest and eat no starch. I drink lots of water... How do I get that 22 pounds to go away? I really hate my body for not listening to me I even started to do more workouts! Please help with diet changes and workouts I can do at home???
