Anyone suffering from 3rd trimester insomnia?
I keep waking up in the middle of the night - either to pee or because I’m uncomfortable
And I’m having a horrible time getting back to sleep. I listen to meditations and use my yoga/relaxing breathing but it is failing me lately. I get super anxious feelings and they keep me up, as tired as I am. Any others out there experiencing anything similar? Any suggestions as to what’s worked for you to help you sleep?
