Vitamins for men??

Hi Ladies. I was wondering if there is a multivitamin ( prenatals) for men that can improve the sperm count/motility. Thanks

My dh went to see a urologist and was told that 200 mg of Coenzyme q10 can help improve sperm count. This is my first month trying with him using the vitamin so fingers crossed!!

I've heard zinc and selenium. My DH is on multi that includes these two items!

I know an important mineral for healthy sperm is zinc. most multivitamins contain the appropriate amount. I believe vitamin C is also important.

Not sure about the effects on sperm but my DH takes a men's multi every day. Like prenatals it has folic acid and others that are good for baby. I've read it's good for men to take them too when ttc.
