Cramping !?!?

Question

Hi ladies 
Im almost 7 weeks and I have been experiencing on and off mild cramping
No bleeding or discharge 
But I’m worried because this is my second pregnancy the one before this miscarried however the cramps were a lot more severe
I’ve asked my doctor and she put me on bed rest but it’s every day and I can’t be laying in bed everyday haha 
Do any of you experience mild cramping and does anyone know why this happens ?

totally normal!!! I had it with both of mine. They are almost 2 and 10 months. cramping is completely normal! good luck!

Hi I’m 4 weeks pregnant with baby no 1 and getting constant cramping and been told can last up to 12 weeks as uterus stretches. My doctor said to call if I get cramping and bleeding but cramping and mild spotting ok. I’m sure everything is fine. Best of luck to you xx

I had mild cramping my first trimester. My doctor said as long as there wasn't any bleeding and the cramps remained mild I was fine. He told me it was likely my muscles expanding and moving around to accommodate baby.

The cramping gets worse with each pregnancy. My doctor told me as long as it’s only mild and there is no bleeding it’s completely normal.
