Have i dropped??

Im having some symptons and one picture is from yesterday and one is from today and ive been feeling sick all day and just not so hot. I just needed another persons opinion.

I dropped earlier this week.  I didn't have the big feeling that Some do when it happens as I  think it happened at night.  But throughout this week I've been able to take a full deep breath, and I definitely feel heavier in my pelvis and walking is harder.  My last Dr appt. did confirm that I've dropped but it wasn't an "all at once" feeling for me.
