Can anyone talk me through BBT and OPK?
I'm moving into month 3 of actively TTC. I have read up on how to take BBT and decided I would start that this cycle. But other than taking it In the morning before I even get out of bed. I don't really know what I should be looking good for.
As for OPKs I don't know anything about them. So any advice or suggestions would be great :)
