Weight loss motivation!

I am 5’5.5 and I weigh 152.5lbs, which according to a BMI means I am between 25-29 pounds over weight which is really hard for me to accept. A few years ago I worked out 5-6 days a week, I was on a good diet, and I weight 115 tips. Then I got attacked by a dog and I have nerve damage from it, which led to me spiraling, over eating and just generally being depressed. Now I’m so sick of it! This is the fattest I have been in my entire life, but I can’t get motivated enough to change, it’s hard to convince myself to workout and I don’t know what to do.
