Make up recommendations-Bumpy skin!

I have bumpy skin 😐. It isn't nessisarily acne (usually) but it is just really bumpy. And around my eyebrows is always pinkish. I don't want to do anything crazy, because I believe in natural beauty, but I would really appreciate some tips of either getting rid of the bumps or covering them up. I have freckles so I can't have really thick foundation. But anyway, thank you so much for your help!
