Braxton Hicks or False Labor?

Question

Has anyone started having really intense contractions. I had one tonight that lasted for a minute, started as a cramp in my lower abdomen and moved in intensity to my back. It felt like a real contraction like I had with my first so it was a little scary! Anyone had these? Anything to worry about? I am 30 w 2 Days so not ready for this yet!

I had some like these a couple weeks ago (I’m 27 wks with my fourth) and it worried me too. I think i was stressed and possibly a little dehydrated. It lasted off and on for the evening and part of the night but by morning all was well. Now I just have the typical BH contractions that only tighten the front of my stomach.

I’m 27 weeks 4 days and I’ve been getting them for a while. Usually it happens for me if I’ve been standing for too long so when I sit/lay down for a minute it goes away. If not I take Tylenol which usually makes it go away too. She said as long as It goes away I’m fine. They are really painful though 😫
