Scariest Night Ever (9+3)

Was grading papers at 9:30 and had gushing clear fluid. Like, immediately soaked through my pants and all over the couch cushion. Got upstairs and took my pants off while my husband called our nurse, and in just that time it was running down my legs and dripping steadily. Definitely was vaginal, and when I applied any pressure, it poured out. Husband watched the whole thing pool all over the floor and both the nurse and the midwife said to go to the ER. Been here since then pretty much (5 hours)! Ultrasound was the first positive result, but still no cause, which is hard. We were all preparing for the worst though, I swear my water broke. It’s the only thing that would account for the amount, speed, consistency, etc. But on that screen, we saw a strong heartbeat and dancing baby, thank you Jesus!
