5 DPO... Cramping after sex... Help please ❤

I'm currently 5 DPO and my SO and I sex today. Shortly after, I started cramping for about 15 minutes. This has never happened before. FYI: We only BD once around my fertile period, two days before O. Out of curiosity, has this happened to anyone and got a BFP? Thank you❤
