So, my little girl is ebf and hasn’t pooped in 6 days. I give her gas drops with nearly every feeding to help keep the gas manageable and she is on Zantac 2x/day for reflux. The doctors office said they aren’t worried about it unless she goes 10 days without pooping, but the poor thing struggles and grunts and writhes to no avail. Is there something I can do to help her?

We do tummy time, baths, bicycle kicks and leg pumping currently, and I tried a bit of apple juice at the doctors suggestion, but it only made her scream for an hour (note: she’s normally a super chill baby)
