Advice please. TMI. Sorry for the pictures

Why does my poo look like this? I had a baby 11 months ago and since a few months after giving birth I started having problems with pooing and I’ve seen a specialist and had a camera up my bum in just not getting answers 😢 I always get bad tummy pains and feel nausea all day everyday. Also when I do go it really smells and I’m constantly bloated I mean it gets so bad I look like I’m 8 months pregnant 😫

UPDATE : i forgot to mention that I had a scan and they said my gallbladder wasn’t functioning properly - but when I went back to my own doctor they said that the scan people never said this to me but they DID and they aren’t listening to me and refused me to have another scan. I also had a sigmoidoscopy ( camera up bum ) and this is a letter I got back a month or so ago which I am not being seen again until February 😭

Can you tell me what this letter means I feel it slightly doesn’t make sense and they only mention constipation and not my extremely bad stomach pains I’ve been moaning about for the last 11 months that would make me lay on the floor in Agony and stop me from walking ect as it was that painful!
