So worried need advice..

Im 12 weeks 1 day today and i no longer feel pregnant...im not as hungry as i was my belly is getting smaller and im just terrified...i have a ultrasound for. thursday and im so worried of what to expect..i have a subchorionic hemmorage but havent bled in a week...which is good ...also had pass miscarriages..one being a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks.... i also have gestational diabetes and pcos..im just so worried that something is not right...i dont know what to expect....any advice please😳😢
